But now will be known as the Official UFO landing strip of the world. Reynaldo Rios, an elementary school teacher, has been communicating with UFOs since he was child. He has dedicated himself to creating an UFO landing strip in Puerto Rico. With the project with the estimated cost of $100,000 he asked private investors for help. The local authorities in Lajas, said they will not stop him or help him fund his project, but will give him all the proper building permits.

Rios stated, “White people are not the only people that can communicate with aliens.” “I am stretching my arm throught the universe to communicate with them!” Rios said. FBI special agent, Mox Fulder stated “This will be a major accomplishment for mankind to reach lifeforms from another planet.” With the impending divorce from his wife, Rios announced that he needs to sell his yellow 1983 Toyota Corrola stationwagon that is dropped 4 inches to fund his project. The Truth is out there, and so is Reynaldo Rios. Puerto Rican authorities stated that the “Puerto Rican UFO landing strip” is not a equivalent to the “Brazilian bikini wax.”
