Houstons rising crime, blamed on Katrina victims. Well, duh. I hope this isnt a surprise to anybody. New Orleans has one of the worst crime rates in the nation before Katrina. All them people had to go some where. What did people think was gonna happen? Just because criminals and murderers dont have a place to live really, dont mean that they’re not still up to no damn good.
